Q. Once my flowers have been ordered, where do I pick them up?
A. A Designated, convenient location will be chosen on, or near the site of graduation (within walking distance from the ceremony). The pick-up location will be revealed 1 week prior to graduation and email reminders will be sent to those whom have given an email address.
Q. How will the school know exactly what product is mine?
A. Each order will be processed in the last name (then first name) of the person who paid for the order and a confirmation number. It is recommended that the person picking up the flowers have the confirmation number as well as the purchaser’s name.
Q. What happens if it rains?
A. All flower booths will be set up under tents to protect the flowers from rain.
Q. What is the refund policy?
A. Kahuna Flowers will stand by its promise of quality flowers. If, for any reason, our flowers appear to be anything but absolutely fresh, we will offer a full refund. However, if the flowers are in good condition and appear to be fresh, all sales will be final.
Q. Will there be enough flowers, onsite, for everyone to purchase?
A. We only guarantee availability of flowers pre-ordered online at www.mygradflowers.com. A limited supply will be available at the event.
